Need help getting ready for the race? Check this out:

Bike Training: Brent coaches rides that start from Emerys Milwaukee location on ...... ...............................................Thursdays 6 am - 8 am and .... ..............................................Saturdays 7 am - 10 am ...year round ... ............................... ... .If Brent is not there for a given day, the outdoor rides still go on. During the winter, training is indoors at Emerys Milwaukee location. Check the Emerys.com calendar before for indoor training info as Brent must be there to open up. He is unavailable only a few days per year for the indoor training. Bring your own trainer and towels for indoor riding. For outdoor rides, if you can ride at 17 mph for a 1 hour ride by yourself, you will be fast enough to keep up on our group rides. For indoor training, it does not matter, though these are formatted to get people in racing shape.

Run and Swim Training : We are developing a network of where/ when members train together. We encourage team members to network for many other training opportunities together. Check out Team Emerys for more information.
